Zhuwei brings three parts together. The digital center handles design, nesting and orchestration; partner dental labs turn designs into finished restorations; our equipment provides milling and sintering capacity. The platform connects orders and data across all three.

Our 100-person digital team provides design, nesting, AI and related services, responding around the clock with data available within 2 hours. Simply submit your requirements and leave the rest to us.

Dental lab
We partner with several dental labs, each with over 20 years of experience, that regularly handle cases from Hong Kong SAR (China), the United States, South America and Europe. We offer crowns, bridges, all-ceramic and implant restorations, removable dentures, orthodontic appliances and retainers.

Equipment
We offer a full range of dental 5-axis milling machines, zirconia sintering furnaces, porcelain furnaces, burs, materials and lab auxiliaries. Choose from a broad product range by machinable material and key configuration to suit your production needs. All our equipment is independently developed and manufactured by us together with our partners. Contact us about custom requirements or machine models.

How the three parts connect
From submission to delivery, a case passes through the platform, the machines and the lab, and every step is recorded in the same order.

The clinic uploads an intraoral or model scan and orders on the platform.

The platform design team builds the design and the dentist approves it online.

Nesting files go to the milling machines; sintering and finishing happen in the lab.

How do we get started?
Request a free trial to run one case through the whole flow, or send a partnership registration and we will get back to you. Accounts are currently opened by the platform; public applications for individuals and organizations open soon and are reviewed by the platform.
Do we have to use all three sections?
No. Use only the platform’s design and nesting, only the dental lab, or only ask about equipment; or use them together. Just tick the sections you are interested in when you register.
Who makes the restorations?
We partner with several dental labs, each with over 20 years of experience. See the Dental lab page for our partners, and confirm materials, case suitability, pricing and lead time before ordering.
How do equipment selection and quotes work?
All our equipment is independently developed and manufactured by us together with our partners, and we also handle selection and quotes. Tick “Equipment” when you register and tell us your materials, product types and customization needs; we will arrange selection, test milling and a quote.
